Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Account details: Name, email, phone number, address
Email access: With your permission, we connect to your Google or Microsoft Outlook email (using secure OAuth) for account creation, login and account access. We also use email access to scan for bills from your utility providers for important account notifications. We never store your email password
Utility accounts: Account numbers, login credentials, and billing information for your utility and home service providers
Payment information: Bank account or credit/debit card details for your monthly membership
Identity verification: Documents like government-issued ID or utility bills to verify who you are
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and how you use our website
Cookies and tracking: We use cookies, Google Analytics, and advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads) to improve our site and show you relevant ads
Your utility providers: Bills, account history, and usage data
Financial institutions: Through Plaid, we access your bank account to verify payments and process transactions
